I'm hoping to get fitter now that I've got some time off uni! Hopefully, I should be a lot fitter for when I start back in September and I lose the pounds that I put on since first year!
The current plan for my exercise is not my own, it's from the fabulous Cassey at Blogilates! If you've not heard of her, you definitely should! She films videos on YouTube which you can follow along to at home and she explains everything so well and she puts a lot of personality into her videos!
I'm currently on day two of her 'POP Pilates for Beginners' - I've never done pilates before and it's actually really fun! Today's workout absolutely killed me, which I tweeted about earlier! I can't wait until tomorrow and hopefully I'll see some progress by the end of the month!
The POP Pilates for Beginners is a great exercise plan, you exercise 6 times a week, but it's not for a long period of time and the time flies! She targets 3 different areas - abs, total body and lower body, which is alternated throughout the week!

REVIEW: Soap & Glory - The Scrub of Your Life
Soap & Glory The Scrub of Your Life - Get it from Boots for £7.00
I bought this way back in October and it's finally empty. So I can give it a nice review based on how it's lasted for the past 9 months or so. I didn't use this every time I went in the shower, it was a once a week job, just before going out.
Now, I know what you're thinking 'why didn't you buy Flake Away?' - well, although the Flake Away is currently 50p more expensive and it contains more product (which I didn't know?) it comes in a screw lid tub. I don't know if you've tried opening those when you've got wet hands when you're in the shower, but it's pretty difficult! The Scrub of Your Life came in a squeezy tube, which I much prefer.
With one squeeze, you can normally do quite a lot. I used to use about 1-2 squeezes to do my whole body (I am 5ft 2, but I don't think that matters too much!) I mainly focus on my legs and then elbows and work the remaining all over the body.
Now, it looks like this:
It's quite gel-like and it has pink flecks in which are your exfoliant. It has quite a perfumed smell - now, I don't know if this is the generic Soap & Glory smell...as I've never tried any other products (apart from Heel Genius, which I know has a a different smell)I quite liked the smell and it reminded me of a perfume I've tried, but I can't quite put my finger on which one! If you didn't like the smell, just use your shower gel afterwards and it should be gone! I used to wash first and then exfoliate, but I'm not sure how much of the smell was left on your skin as I used to use a Cocoa Butter moisturiser afterwards.
Overall, I really liked this product and I'd definitely recommend it. Would I try this again? Yeah, I would. But I'm not sure whether I'd try the Flake Away to compare
~ Have you tried this before, if so, what did you think? If not, what's your go to body scrub?

Barry M Nail Polish - Peach Melba
I applied this colour a couple of days ago, and even without a top coat, it doesn't have any chips! So, I'm very pleased at how long this varnish lasts with just two coats!
I also applied it onto my feet, after application, I hated it on my feet. I only ever really paint my toes reds and pinks, and I think the reason I didn't like it was because it wasn't red or pink enough. However, like the colour on my fingernails, it's also grown on me, but I still prefer it on my hands!
The colour is a very bright peach, that is quite orange toned and it's a perfect spring/summer colour and because it's from Barry M - it doesn't break the bank either (I love bargains!)
You can pick this colour up from Boots for £2.99, or alternatively, you can also get it from Superdrug for £2.99 - if you're a student with an NUS card, you can get 10% discount at Superdrug, so you can get it even cheaper at £2.70! - every little penny saved counts!
~ Q: Would you try this colour? What's your favourite summer nail colour, and who's it by?
